Open Burning Closing for Winter
Open Burning closes for winter next Friday (December 1, 2017) within Gallatin County. Residents in Gallatin County can conduct open burning annually between March 1 and November 30 with a valid burn permit. During winter Gallatin County is not authorized to issue burn permits.
